NEW ORLEANS, LA (October 7, 2011) - Stephanie Stefanski unveiled the prototype design in front of a panel of judges and an audience of 187 at Freeman Auditorium at Tulane University. The prototype will display a viable method of sustainable grown fresh produce in the city of New Orleans.
